RBPF: Police investigating a traffic fatality on the island of San Salvador

Police on the island of San Salvador are investigating a traffic crash Sunday, 26th May, 2019 which left an adult female dead.

According to reports, shortly after 12:00noon, a traffic crash occurred on Queen’s Highway near the community of Sandy Point, involving a champagne colour 2011 Hyundai Jeep and a black 2010 Nissan Note. The drivers and passengers of both vehicles received injuries and were transported to the community clinic, where a female was pronounced dead. The other injured persons are listed in serious condition and are expected to be flown to New Providence for further medical attention.

Officers from the RBPF Traffic Department, New Providence will travel to San Salvador to continue investigations into this incident.
