Nassau, Bahamas - Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating a male responsible for shooting a 14 year old girl of Nassau Village. The incident reportedly occurred shortly before 9:00 am on Sunday 2ndDecember, 2012.
Preliminary reports indicate that the female was walking on Catherine Street, Nassau Village when she was approached by a male known to her who demanded cash. The teen reportedly informed that she had not cash and was subsequently shot multiple times.
She was taken to hospital via EMS personnel where she is detained in critical condition.Police are following significant leads into the matter. Active police investigations continue.
