Nassau, Bahamas - Two American males were formally arraigned before Magistrate Joyann Pratt Ferguson in Magistrate Court # 9, New Providence on manslaughter charges.
This is in connection with the death of American
Carl David Yerder age 45 years of
Fleetwood,
Pennsylvania that occurred at a hotel in Bimini on Friday 14th March 2014.
They are: 1. Robert Francis Schwarz age 62 years of #6 Buckingham, Gaylords Ville Court, Connecticut, U.S.A
2. Tyler Michael Valles age 19 years of #20 Fisherman Trail, Key Largo, Florida, U.S.A
Both men were given cash bail in the amount of $35,000. The matter was adjourned to May 19th March 2014 where they will proceed by voluntary bill of indictment (VBI).
