Nassau, Bahamas - A police anti-crime operation which focuses on, disrupting crime groups and targeting persons involved in criminal activities took a new twist last night with the arrest three persons at a Nightclub in New Providence.

Officers from the police anti-crime acting on intelligence descended on a nightclub located in Bay Street and Victoria Avenue shortly after 1:00am, where they met a woman from Jamaica along with a Bahamian woman whom they suspected to be at that location, for the purpose of solicitation for prostitution.

The women were taken into custody. An adult male, who is the club’s owner, was also arrested for breach of the Business License Act.
