Nassau woman and 2 children in hospital after traffic accident

Nassau, Bahamas Officers from the Police Traffic Division are investigating a traffic accident that has left a woman and her two children detained in hospital on Monday 30th March 2015.

According to reports, shortly before 6:00pm, a 26 – year old women along with her 4 – year old son and 2 –year old daughter were attempting to cross Tonique Darling Highway via a pedestrian crossing, when they were struck by a Chevy Equinox vehicle driven by an adult male.

The woman along with her two children were rushed to hospital, where she along with her son remains in critical condition and her daughter’s condition is listed as serious.Investigations are ongoing.
