CRIME TIP:
Every vehicle is equipped with signaling devices such as indicators, brake light, headlights, hazard warning lights and even reversing lights. These devices communicate to other road users the driver’s intention. Drivers, ensure that you always use your indicators to show an intended change of direction, whether turning left or right or changing lanes. Use them at all times; however ensure that you give other road users sufficient time to see your signal and react. Never stop on a highway to collect a passenger, as this can be dangerous to both you and your passenger and can result in you being cited for the offence of obstruction.
Exercise courtesies to other road users at ALL times and always adhere to the rules of the road; as failing to do so will result in you being cited.
