Nassau police search for suspects after shooting on Augusta and Cambridge Street

Nassau, Bahamas - Police are seeking the public’s help in solving a shooting incident that has left a woman detained in hospital on Friday 3rd June 2016.

Reports are that shortly after 11:30pm, a man and a woman were sitting in a car on Augusta and Cambridge Street, when several males armed with handguns fired upon them before fleeing on foot. The woman was shot and transported to hospital where she is listed in stable condition. The man was not injured during this incident

Investigations are ongoing.
