Dear Editor,

Congratulations are in Order

It is with immense pleasure that I pen this letter to the Editor in order to send congratulations to the Department of Inland Revenue in the Ministry of Finance for ‘getting it right’ when it comes to the ease of doing business for Business Licenses this year.

Having received two Business License renewals, each in approximately 7 hours’ turnaround, I did not want the month to end without sending all of the government personnel involved in the exercise the congratulations they so readily deserve!

Thank you for being an exceptional government agency that listens to the people they serve, take their suggestions into consideration, and put them into operation. They have instituted a collaborative intra-governmental communication system that continues to morph into an effective and efficient machine. As this is indeed a rare treat, I urge them to share these methods with their other government colleagues!

Yours sincerely,

Pam Burnside
