Last weekend the Royal Ascot wrapped up five days of outstanding horse racing, pageantry, fashion and style that has been celebrated now for 303 years.
I am going to share with you the proper dress code of the most important summer event for Britain’s upper crust.
Queen Anne started the races back in Ascot in 1711 which became a four day event in 1768.
King George IV in 1825 started the tradition of arriving by horse drawn landaus which Her Majesty The Queen and her guests still arrive to the Royal Ascot each race day.
Bold Even with the strict dress code for the Royal Ascot, its always exciting to see the creativity and the unique British sense of style and humor of women hats during this weekend.
