Helping You Have Your Best Year Ever!

It's the first real business week of the New Year - And also the start of the real test to your resolve and commitment to your desire to have your best year ever!

Which is why it is important to ensure that you are focused on where you want to go - Your Goals before life really starts to happen.

And the only way you can do this is by having a Strategic plan.

Your strategic plan is a series of predetermined actionable steps that are easily implemented by you on a daily basis for getting you to your goals.

Put another way it is what you will do each and every day to give you the advantage over the distractions that your daily life will put in the way of you achieving your best year ever.

Your goal this week is to put in place your strategic plan for each of your goals in four specific areas of your life - your health, wealth, personal self (hobbies and interests) and social self (friends, family, and community). And why you should limit your goals to only four.

This is critical step and the single reason why 30% of the persons making new years resolution abandon their goals within the first 30 days. And by the end of 90 days this number grows to 75%.

By completing this step you will greatly increase your opportunity to succeed!

Here is how you do it...

If your goal is to lose 10 lbs by March 1 this is what your strategic plan would look like...

I will be enjoying a healthy weight of ___lbs on March 1, 2010 after losing 10 lbs

And here is what I will do each day to ensure that I achieve my goal
  1. I will not eat out during week days.
  2. I will prepare only well balanced meal that allows me to include at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables. 
  3. I will prepare and pack a nutritious lunch.
  4. I will walk for 1 hour each  day between 5:00-6:00 p.m
  5. I will drink an eight 8 oz glass of water every hour and just before each meal.
 And I confirm my commitment to this plan.
