The Mission: To help sell a view  for a 1.5 million dollar home in one of the best gated communities in The Bahamas. Call time: 6pm Sunday night, April 27. The Challenge: The home is not yet built. Potential owners live in Nevada.

Keith Jervis, International Sales Director for Shoreline (KST Investments Ltd.) was trying to close a deal with potential buyers who had visited Shoreline earlier in the year. The clients, now back home with some months passed, were losing interest and perspective on the 'would be' amazing ocean-view home to be constructed on spec if they decided to go forward with the sale...
