Girls with curves have more online retail options to choose from when on the hunt for Fall’s hottest trends. With The Limited launching its full figured line Eloquii, and online favorites such as Igigi offering an even wider selection of apparel and accessories for fashion forward girls with curves, online shopping just got more addictive!

To help you narrow down your seemingly endless shopping list, here’s a few of the season’s must-have trends and ways you can easily incorporate them into your office wardrobe.

Color Blocking

A great way to add a fun dose of personality to your office attire is to play with color. Color blocking is simply the use of two or more solid colors worn next to each other in the same ensemble. The colors can be bright and bold, muted, contrasting or complimentary.

Many color blocking looks make use of two bold contrasting colors making for quite a dramatic look. For those who may be timid to dive into this fall trend by color blocking office separates, finding a great office appropriate color blocked dress makes trying out this bold trend a cinch.

Opt for a dress that hits you at the knee of just above the knee to keep your silhouette long and lean. If you are bottom heavy, an A-line silhouette that is fitted at the bust and waist and flares out over the hips and thighs will be most flattering.

Bold Prints

There is nothing like a gorgeous print to take a simple office staple from drab to fab! An all-over print in a sumptuous fabric and color makes for a sophisticated look. For the office, opt for a simple print such as a geometric pattern and stick to a neutral colored base.

Remember the cardinal rule as it relates to prints - the scale of the print should coincide with the size of your frame. If you have a larger frame opt for a larger scale print and vice versa.

Sheer Blouses

A sheer blouse is ultra feminine and ultra sexy. How do you make this lingerie inspired look office appropriate? To avoid getting an unwanted call for HR, be sure to layer a solid opaque camisole under your sheer blouse and top it all off with a structured blazer.

Remember to keep your look balanced. Most sheer blouses are billowy and free flowing. Reign in that extra fabric with a structured blazer and slim fitting trousers or a pencil skirt.

There are lots of fall trends to choose from this season. Remember to always choose the pieces that work best for your figure and most of all to have fun with fashion!
