Last week, the Travelling Caribbean Film Showcase made its way to Grand
Bahama Island to expose Bahamian filmmakers to first-rate producers
actively working in the Hollywood film industry.

hosted by the Ministry of Tourism's Bahamas Film Commission, and
featured an informative session where local producers, directors and
artists were given the opportunity to learn from movie moguls such as
the co- producer of Game of Thrones, Vince Geradis and Marcus Nispel,

All-Bahamian cast throw a cheesy wedding -

Domino’s Bahamas is serving up big laughs with the launch of its new
Cheesy Weddings marketing campaign. The company released the ‘boy meets
girl’ romantic tale on Valentine’s Day. It features an all-Bahamian cast
and crew including popular online comedian Timico “Sawyer Boy” Sawyer
and recording artist Jonny Cake.
“Our entire focus for the
campaign was to use Bahamian humor to tell a love story. The commercial
outlines how a couple met while ordering pizza and eventually fell in
love,” explained Domino’s Brand Manager Shirlen Godet who created the
concept and wrote the humorous script...

The Eleuthera All That Jazz Festival, founded by Patricia Oakes
Leigh-Wood, scheduled for April 11-15, 2018 is in its 6th year and will
now cover the whole island, north to south. The new venues are The Other
Side and Jack's Bay Club which are not normally open to the public, so
these beachside concert locales will be an excellent opportunity to
visit these two unique resorts.

ATTITUDE is written by Wendy Lewis and Dyson Knight on the SKY JUICE
