For Unto Us...

This is a twofold Christmas article, one (I) of the folds speaks to those who believes that their assignment is to prove beyond all shadow of doubt that December 25th is not Yahshua Messiah (a.k.a. Jesus the Christ) birthday and the acknowledgment and celebration of the same on the said date is paganistic.

Isa.9: 6.  For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.

A deceptive trick of the enemy is to distort the truth by whatever means he can; therefore he has placed great efforts in trying to dispel and diminish the birth of Yahshua Messiah (a.k.a. Jesus the Christ).

As a believer, if you’re not Holy Spirit led; it would be very easy to be distracted with the world / religious arguments about Yahshua’s date of birth, whether it is December 25th or some other date.  And in the midst of the argument, the acknowledgment of  His birth is overshadowed by the said date of Dec.25th or any other date / time frame that is mentioned.

Isaiah, says that “UNTO US A SON IS GIVEN”  and here’s how John says it “John.3:16. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”

My brothers and sisters, don’t fall for the enemy’s tricks; and waste time / energy in foolish vain arguments about December 25th being or not being Yahshua Messiah’s birth.  Whereby we all should be grateful and with a heart of thanksgiving unto Father Yahweh for sending His Son to restore mankind back to his rightful place with Him.

The key or chief issue for us ought to be “Have we received Him / Yahshua Messiah as our Lord and Savior ?  Are we keeping His commandments ?”
If your answer to these questions is “No or I’m not sure” even if you’ve got evidential facts concerning His date of birth that would not guarantee your salvation.

Here’s what the word says about one’s salvation:

“Rom.10:9. That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”

As we celebrate this Christmas, unless you’re planning on hiding in a cave until the acknowledgment and celebrations are over; might I suggest that you put your religious beliefs aside and allow others the freedom to enjoy themselves without you waving the rod of judgment and condemnation.

Please note:

The spiritual significant that’s attached to the birth and the resurrection of the Messiah, insomuch that the enemy would stop at nothing to try and create confusion and strife concerning these two most powerful events in the history of mankind. And therefore he would use whomever makes themselves available to carry out his assignment.

The second (2nd) fold speaks to those who acknowledges and celebrates the birth of Yahshua Messiah.

So, if it’s His birthday that you’re celebrating ?  And here’s a question I wish you to answer for me.  “How would you feel if it’s your birthday that’s being celebrated and everybody at the celebration are exchanging gifts, and at the end of the day; you’re the only one that hasn’t gotten a gift ?”

Let’s set out to ensure that the one who’s birthday we’re celebrating be the recipient of all the gifts.  You may ask “How can I give a gift to the Messiah ( Christ ) ?  Or what kind of gift should one give ?

We can give Him the greatest gift of all, and that’s the gift of obeying His word / commandment.  And here’s what Yahshua says about expressing love for Him.  “John.14: 15. If ye love me, keep my commandments.”

As we celebrate Christmas, let’s do it with the sincere heart of love for keeping Yahshua’s commandments and walking in love towards our brothers and sisters; this would be a gift that’s fit for our King of kings, and our Lord of lords.

Isa.9: 6.  For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
