Repairers of the Breach

Isa.58: 12. And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.

The word Breach in the Hebrew is: perets, peh'-rets; which means (a break, breaking forth or a gap).

As one meditate on the word breach and look closely at the condition of The Family structure, The crime wave, The economy and most of all The Church; you don’t need to be a rocket scientist or a Harvard graduate to know that there is a serious breach within the walls of our country.

What’s most amazing about this is that the various segments of leadership in this country, be that (Governmental, Civic and of course the Religious) insist on leaning to their own understanding / education and professionalism to bring about their desired change.

Now!   I know that I’m the least of the least as it relates to being educated in this highly educated country, that ran by the elites.  But based upon the direction we’re heading as a nation even a dummy (myself) knows that we’re going the wrong way.
We’ve changed Governments after Governments and have perfected the art of shuffling incompetent persons from one department / ministry to another.  On the religious side we’ve got more Bishops, Doctors and Apostles than (The Apostles John and Paul) ever saw, and yet the results are still the same; if there are any changes in most cases the end result is worst.

I am a strong believer that most people don’t like to hear the truth, especially those in leadership positions, who no doubt will have to give an account for their ability as leaders; this is called (accountability). (Luke.12:48. says that to whom much is given, of him shall much be required).

Somehow religious people are of the view that as long as we’re praying and fasting about our situations that God is going to fix them.

Watch this !

In the natural a good physician who is treating a patient that’s suffering pain and discomfort from a dislocated joint; would always inform and warn the patient of experiencing more pain in the relocation process of the joint.  Like a good carpenter repairing a broken bridge, after assessing the damage; he proceeds to remove whatever damaged or rotten wood in the repairing process.

It’s only in the religious church world one can find folks fasting and praying about the many breaches, yet refusing to make the necessary changes for the repairing of the breaches.

Luke (“the beloved physician) helps the kingdom minded believers as to Yeshua’s methods of operation as He walked the earth;  in the book of (Acts.1:1. The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach)

Yeshua’s methods were to DO and TEACH, He was about doing stuff and He taught His disciples to do likewise.

In the gospel of Matthew chapter 23, He warned His disciples about the hypocritical practices of the religious leaders.  As I’ve stated on many occasions, think it not strange the He never called the religious leaders “my brothers.” But rather in verses 13, 14, 15 He calls them HYPOCRITES; in verses 16 and 17, He calls them FOOLS and BLIND GUIDES.

If we really study the life of Yeshua, He did not tolerate, played church nor compromised with the religious leaders, He told them the truth; this is why the religious leaders hated Him so much.

As it was then, so is it now; religious leaders can’t stand the truth because of their twisted, wicked ways.  Religious Leaders prophet-lying saying “thus said The Lord” when in fact God is saying nothing to them because of their disobedience.

In Isa.58: 1-14. God deals with the wicked religious leaders and people, He said that they come into His temples daily AS a nation that did righteousness, and forsook not His word. They fast and pray but when they don’t get their expected results they seemed to be shocked.

Listen to what they say to God in Isa.58:3. “Wherefore have we fasted, say they, and thou seest not? Wherefore have we afflicted our soul, and thou takest no knowledge?
God’s reply to them “Behold, in the day of your fast ye find pleasure, and exact all your labours”.

Here’s The New Living Translation: Isa.58:3. 'We have fasted before you!' they say. 'Why aren't you impressed? We have done much penance, and you don't even notice it!' (God‘s reply) "I will tell you why! It's because you are living for yourselves even while you are fasting. You keep right on oppressing your workers.

This is no time to play church, the truth has to be boldly spoken as our nation is in great trouble due to its many breaches.  The enemy isn’t playing, he is wreaking havoc and snuffing out lives throughout our country.
