One of the greatest contributions to the division and the powerlessness that exist among today’s church; is the lack of the true revelation and acceptance of the TRUTH.   As long as the churches (denominations and none denominations) each holds onto their religious, preconceived, divisive ideas of the truth. The manifested presence of God will never show up within the four walls of today’s religious church / congregations.

It was not a coincidental statement nor is it one to be taken lightly that which Yahshua Messiah (a.k.a. Jesus the Christ) said to the Samaritan woman at the well, when He said “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth” (John.4:24).

FYI:

The Samaritans had been despised by the Jews since Old Testament times as a result of their intermarriage with the Gentiles that were placed in Samaria by the King of Assyria after the capture of Israel. This resulted in a custom of worship that took place in Samaria whereby the Samaritans held the view / belief that Mount Gerizim was the place appointed by God for sacrifice, and not Jerusalem.

As it relates to the erroneous religious teachings that’s going forth and based upon all the garbage that’s taking place in today’s churches under the disguised of worship. Yahshua Messiah would say the very same thing to today’s religious leaders / congregations as He said to the woman of Samaria at the well “God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth”

Religion and tradition of men has defined worship in today’s church; therefore on any given day of corporate gathering / so-called worship (Saturday or Sunday).  Like clockwork everybody knows the format or agenda of the worship. Three praise (fast, dancing songs) and about two worship (slow songs); it’s at this point where the worship / service leader begins to pump and prime the people for about half an hour to worship God.  After which, it’s time for the tailor made prosperity / blessing message or some other form of religious entertainment.

Hear me child of God!

There are many, many well meaning, good hearted people within these religious churches that are still in bondage, despite all of the dancing and shouting that’s going on. This is due to the fact that they have yet to come into the knowledge of the TRUTH.

Here’s how Yahshua puts it:   John.8: 32.   And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

There is a facet of worship in religion that will lead many to believe that they’re worshiping the Father in spirit and in truth.  We are created in His image and in His likeness (Gen.1:26), therefore our spirit man yearns to worship the Father, our creator.

The enemy / Satan, also being a spirit; from the beginning wanted to be and received worship himself, sought to disrupt the worship that we were created to offer unto God. This disruption is carefully carried out by the initiation of various religions of which man has given into.  As a result of this strategic move by Satan, and through ignorance many men proudly accept the title Religious Leader.

This move of the enemy is so skillfully carried out and has such a strong divisive, religious component attached it has saints / Christians; who are all supposed to be serving and worshiping the same God, boldly declare that “I’m a Baptist, an Anglican, a Catholic, a Methodist, etc, etc;

Despite the fact that within some of these religious denominations the same bibles are used there is much division.

Religion is an act, a belief / faith in a god or movement and the chief of this movement is man; this is the reason that the center of attention in every religion is the Religious Leader of whom the people are in bondage too and reverence.                  

The greatest opposition to Yahshua Messiah (a.k.a. Jesus the Christ), and His teachings was the religious leaders.  As His teachings brought about deliverance / freedom from the religion and tradition of men; this did not sit well with the religious leaders.

Here’s another declaration that Yahshua made which upset the religious order: “John.8:36.   If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.”

How do you know if you’re worshiping Yahweh in spirit and in truth?   The best and only answer that I can give to that question is this “A worship that comes from a genuine relationship with Him through the Son, is a worship in spirit and in truth”

This sought of worship is not the religious exercise that takes place for a few hours on a set day, but rather this is a way of life for the believer / disciple.                

Here’s how this relationship is established with the Father !   John.14: 6.   Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
