Nassau, Bahamas - Winston Rolle, president, Bahamas Chamber of Commerce (L) toured the new container port at Arawak Cay to update his organization on the progress of the developments there. He said he enjoyed the tour, and expressed pleasure at the progress was brought up to date on what has been going on in the shipping sector these past three years and Mike informed him about the tariff charges.

Leading the tour was Mike Maura, CEO, Arawak Port Development (APD), developers, owners and operators of the facility in which 11,000 Bahamians recently acquired shares. The fund is Compete Caribbean’s mechanism to support firms that want to innovate, create new products and export to new markets.
