Police on the Island of New Providence are investigating a shooting incident Thursday, 9th October, 2019, which has left an adult male dead. 

According to reports, shortly before 10:00pm a man was standing outside a bar in Kennedy Subdivision, when the occupants of a gray vehicle pulled up and opened fire in his directing, fatally wounding him before speeding away...

Reports are that on Wednesday 9th October 2019, shortly after 1:00am, police were alerted of gunshots being fired at a business establishment in the area of East Atlantic Drive and East Sunrise Blvd. It was reported that two males entered that establishment, produced a firearm and open fire, shooting the two victims to the upper body. Both males were transported to the Samaritans Purse Hospital, where they were seen by doctors and are listed in serious but stable condition...

Wanted is Shawn Reckley age 29 years of Flamingo Gardens.

Reckley is described as being 5’7” tall, of medium build with dark brown complexion.
Reckley is wanted for questioning in connection with the stabbing death of Terez Louise Burrows which occurred on Thursday, 3rd October, 2019.

Shortly after 10:00am, Mobile Division Officers acting on intelligence executed a search warrant on a home at Churchill Avenue, Chippingham and recovered forty (40) packages of suspected marijuana.

Police on New Providence are investigating a stabbing and a shooting incident Friday, 30th August, 2019 which has left two adult males dead.

In the first incident, according to reports, shortly before 9:00pm, two men were at a home on Bowe Avenue, Montel Heights, when they became involved in an altercation, which escalated, resulting in one of them producing a knife and stabbing the other about the body. The injured man was transported to hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.
